Part Time Food & Beverage Assistant
This position provides direct support to the Food & Beverage Department in all aspects related to the day to day food and beverage operations. Working a minimum 16 hours per week the successful candidate will display excellent product and service standards, as well as consistency of delivery and a high attention to detail.

You will also be required to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team.  Some experience preferred although not essential as full training will be given. Flexibility is essential as working hours will include weekends and evenings with shift patterns to suit the needs of the business. Own car essential.

Temporary Housekeepers
We have vacancies for Temporary Housekeepers to work in the Housekeeping Department.  Hours will be flexible, as required to meet the needs of the business. Weekend work required. You will support the Head Housekeeper in ensuring the finest attention to detail in relation to the daily cleanliness standards of the 35 bedrooms at Greetham Valley, as well as our 8 Rutland Lodges, holiday cottage, Lounge Bar, conference and function rooms and all public areas.

Deputy Head Chef
We currently have a job vacancy for a Deputy Head Chef. Reporting to the Head Chef, overall responsibility will be to lead a highly successful team, ensuring the highest quality of product and service delivery at all times. Working with the Head Chef to plan, organise, direct and control day-to-day running of the entire main kitchen, ensuring a consistent and passionate high standard of product and service.

The successful candidate will have good attention to detail and be motivated towards continual improvement. In accordance with the needs of the business you will be running the kitchen when the head chef is on days off or holiday. You will be required to work shift patterns to ensure you are on duty supervising, training and motivating the team as required.

You will be required to work 5 days out of seven on a rota basis and a minimum of 40 hours per week but it must be recognised that hours worked will be as required to meet the needs of the business.
