New for Summer 2010 Holiday Breaks - Mill Cottage
Hidden away on the Greetham Valley estate is
Mill Cottage, a lovely converted barn comfortably
sleeping 5 guests + a baby in three bedrooms -
one king-size or twin, the second twin and one single.
Our 4* detached holiday cottage has a cosy lounge with a woodburner and a separate dining room. The fully equippped kitchen and utility room have all the facilities required for a comfortable self-catering holiday break.
Upstairs is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath,
wc and wash basin, whilst downstairs is a further wc and a cloakroom. The cottage benefits from oil-fired central heating throughout.
The garden is semi-enclosed and enjoys a lawned area with orchard trees, garden furniture and gravel standing for up to
4 cars. North Brook runs through the grounds (unfenced - care
with young children).
Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome to bring their owners to Mill Cottage (additional £25 per dog applies). There are beautiful walks nearby but please remember to keep Muttley on
a leash! The location of Mill Cottage is a haven for wildlife -
deer, badgers, rabbits, foxes and myriads of birds!
Mill Cottage guests can enjoy complimentary use of the gym @ greetham valley, complimentary golf on the Par 3 course, discounted green fees on Greetham Valley's two main courses
and - coming soon - discounted trout fishing on Katie's Lake onsite. The Cottage also has its own private coarse fishing lake.
