Greetham Valley is the proud Rutland venue of two popular Wedding Fayres each year and our next one is on Sunday 26th February, just after Valentine’s Day! Perfect timing for all the many lovely newly engaged couples out there!

Everyone is welcome to attend between 10am to 3pm – blushing brides-to-be, their bashful fiances, excitable mums and bewildered dads (and they are the most fun!). Free admission, complimentary tea and coffee and we will be filled to capacity with exhibitors, including:

bridal gowns | bridesmaids’ dresses | mens’ wear | mother of the bride fashion | wedding cakes | photography | florist | linens | chair covers | venue dressers | travel agent | department store | jewellery | balloons | wedding stationery | entertainment | wedding favours | hair and beauty | gifts | wedding cars | tiaras and fascinators

The first 50 brides attending in the morning and the first 50 brides in the afternoon will receive a free bridal goody bag – we look forward to welcoming you to Greetham Valley’s Wedding Fayre!

A beautiful banqueting suite and stunning views make Greetham Valley the perfect location for any event; so if you’re looking for somewhere to hold your civil wedding ceremony, look no further. With seating available for up to 200 guests in our two suites, you can be assured that your special day will go just how you always dreamed it would.

The venue location and facilities are two of the most important factors in planning a civil wedding ceremony, and trying to ensure that the two are absolutely perfect can be a long drawn out procedure. Fortunately, a lot of the hard work can be taken care of by our staff, who have plenty of experience in hosting all kinds of ceremonies, celebrations and events to make sure that every little specification is met, from the positioning of the chairs and tables to the floral displays.

We think Rutland is one of the most beautiful places in the whole of the United Kingdom, and the stunning views available from the large Rutland Suite – which offers seating for up to 200 guests – and the intimate and picturesque Lakeview Suite at Greetham Valley ensures that your guests will agree!

There are plenty of locations out there that are windowless, and they can lose that special character that really sets off a civil wedding venue. Greetham Valley is certainly not one of those, with huge expanses of windows allowing beautiful views of the smallest county in Britain and the lakes and valleys of our fantastic golf courses.

Just a few miles from Rutland Water, Greetham Valley is one of the most sought after venues for civil wedding ceremonies and celebrations, and it’s obvious why. A Christmas winter wedding in Rutland

Winter weddings at Greetham Valley in RutlandThinking of a Winter Wedding later this year? Make the next festive season extra special by arranging your big day at Greetham Valley ‘twixt Christmas and the New Year!

From 2012, for the first time, Greetham Valley is opening for special occasions at this lovely time of year. Phone our friendly wedding co-ordinator Mitch and he can talk you through all the options, from a warming glass off mulled wine on arrival to a full Christmas dinner with all the trimmings for your wedding breakfast!

The minimum number of guests for a wedding between Christmas and New Year is 50, to enjoy a full wedding package of £62.50 per person. Dates available for 2012 and 2013 are 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th December.
