We are just a few minutes from the amenities of beautiful Rutland Water, whilst the four local market towns are a shopper’s paradise.

Stamford, with its lovely Georgian architecture (remember the BBC’s Middlemarch?) is just 10 minutes down the A1, Grantham is 15 minutes up the A1, Oakham is 10 minutes along the B668 and Uppingham a few minutes further.

Rutland and the surrounding countryside is bursting with historical attractions, such as Burghley House, Rockingham Castle, Belvoir Castle, Grimsthorpe Castle, Belton House, Oakham and Stamford museums just to name a few. You won't be 'in the sticks with nothing to do' in Rutland!
