We are pleased to offer the benefits of a Greetham Valley Loyalty Card to our regular customers. Our Loyalty Card entitles the holder to a 10% discount on all food and beverages purchased in our Lounge Bar, Lakeview or Valley Restaurants or the Rutland banqueting suite. Funds on the Card may also be used, without discount entitlement, to purchase goods or pay for visitor green fees within our Golf Shop.  A Greetham Valley Loyalty Card is also a perfect gift for a friend or family member – please ask for more details.

Examples of use:

• at the bar while attending a party or celebration in one of our banqueting suites
• having a coffee or snack in the Lounge Bar after going to the gym or playing golf
• enjoying Sunday lunch with the family
• having breakfast, lunch or an evening meal seven days a week in one of our restaurants

How to apply for your Greetham Valley Loyalty Card:

• complete the application form below, indicating if the Loyalty Card is for yourself or is a gift for someone else
• we will contact you to process your application and issue your card

How to use your Loyalty Card:

• your card is a ‘levy card’ – to enjoy the 10% discount on food and drink purchased at Greetham Valley, you will need to charge your card with a minimum of £10
• you can do this at any of our bar tills, using cash, debit or credit card. Simply hand your Loyalty Card and the remuneration to a member of Greetham Valley bar staff who will load the levy onto the Loyalty Card
• the Loyalty Card can then be ‘swiped’ at the till when you wish to pay for food and/or drinks and 10% will automatically be discounted from the bill
• you can ask the bar staff to check the value of levy left on your Loyalty Card and can top it up at any time

Terms and conditions of use of Greetham Valley Loyalty Card

• Please sign the Loyalty Card on the reverse on receipt and please keep secure – once validated and charged with funds it has a monetary value. Card is non-transferable and monetary value is non-refundable. Greetham Valley cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen cards. Please advise Greetham Valley immediately if lost or stolen so that the card can be made void.
• Use of this Loyalty Card entitles the holder to a 10% discount on food and drink purchased in the bars and restaurants at Greetham Valley, provided that the card is charged with sufficient funds. The card may also be used, without discount entitlement, within the Golf Shop. Funds may be added to the Card at any time at a Greetham Valley bar till, in denominations of £10, £20, £30, £40, £50 & £100
• Please note that the Loyalty Card cannot be used: in conjunction with a Greetham Valley Gift Voucher; to purchase tickets for events; to obtain discounts on pre-booked functions, events or package prices
