Comfortably sleeping 6 adults + a baby, our eight lovely Lodges each have three bedrooms and two bathrooms and are furnished to a high standard.
The master bedroom benefits from a kingsize bed, which can be split into two twins, and a large en-suite shower room.
The second and third bedrooms are both twins and share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
The open plan living area comprises of:
- a lounge area with seating for 6, coffee table and state of the art TV/DVD/CD player
- a dining area with a solid wood dining table and 6 leather chairs
- fully fitted modern kitchen, with fridge (small freezer compartment), dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, grill and oven and all the crockery and utensils required for a comfortable self catering stay. A complimentary ‘starter pack’ of cleaning products is provided
- outside decking area with outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining – and watching the sun go down…

Two of our Lodges are pet friendly – up to two pets may accompany their owners on a holiday break at Rutland Lodges. Please ask for availability of our pet friendly Lodges. There are lovely walkies from outside the Lodge doors! Mill Cottage at Greetham Valley is also a pet friendly holiday cottage and is just 100 yards from Rutland Lodges.
