Golf Course Mechanic
We currently have a vacancy for a golf course mechanic, responsible for all machinery associated with maintaining the courses and grounds at our 45-hole complex.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working with fine turf machinery and have the full range of skills and qualifications associated with this crucial role.
To maintain the courses at their highest standards at all times ensuring all machinery is in full working order and down time is kept to a minimum.

The role is full time with a minimum 40 hours per week. Exact hours will vary dependent on workload and season.

We currently have a part time position available for a Seasonal Housekeeper to work in the housekeeping department from March to October 2020.
The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week although hours worked will be as required to meet the needs of the business. Hours to be discussed at interview.
You will support the Head Housekeeper in ensuring the finest attention to detail in relation to the daily cleanliness standards of the 35 bedrooms at Greetham Valley, along with the Lodges, Lounge Bar, conference and function rooms and all public areas.
Weekend work essential. Start date can be flexible if required.

Food and Beverage Supervisor
Greetham Valley is set amidst beautiful Rutland countryside. Our extensive range of facilities, set amidst our stunning location, include a 35-bedroom Hotel, 8 holiday lodges, conference and banqueting facilities to cater for up to 300, 2 x 18-hole courses, Par 3 course and driving range.
We are currently seeking a F&B Supervisor. This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7, shifts dependent on business needs.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the highest attention to detail on all product & service standards
- To oversee the Standard Operating Procedures on a daily basis and ensure all employees are correctly tasked in line with the needs of the business
- To monitor wage costs in line with business needs
- Motivating and training staff and fulfilling rota requirements
