Our new Head Chef, Martin Carter, brings to Greetham Valley a wealth of experience on 5* cruise ships and 5* Caribbean resorts and his re-development this Spring of our Restaurant and Lounge Bar menus seems to have excited everybody’s tastebuds!
With innovative twists on old favourites and some simply superb new ideas, Martin and his kitchen brigade are delighted to produce dishes which highlight the quality and diversity of our culinary concepts.

and is often essential at busy times. Phone 01780 460444 to reserve your table. Our Lounge Bar menu is available from 7am to 9.30pm, and features everything from light snacks to traditional main dishes; our a la carte Restaurant menu is available in the evenings.
My personal favourites so far
on the a la carte menu have been the olives, marinated in Martin’s secret herby recipe; these were followed by the incredibly flavoursome cured duck breast starter, whilst the main course of slow roasted belly pork simply melted in the mouth. Almost couldn’t squeeze in a dessert but the lemon tart was just too tangy to resist…
