1) How do I get to EliteLive?
– Go to the Greetham Valley website – www.greethamvalley.co.uk
– Click “Book Golf” at the top of the page
– Click the “Book a Tee Time” button

2) I don’t think I have an account; how do I log in?
Please email katie.hinch@greethamvalley.co.uk who will check if you have an account already registered and can advise you on the next steps.

3) How do I make a booking?
– Log into your account
– Click ‘Make Booking’
– Click the total number of people playing on that tee time
– Fill in any required information (Members name or number/Guest) and click submit
– Choose which course you would like to play and the date you would like to play
– Choose your tee time (here you can see which tee times are already booked and how busy the courses are)
– You can choose from any of the green tee times, red tee times are already fully booked
– Now state how many buggies you will require and click submit
– Check the booking details and then click the confirmation button
– You will receive a confirmation email, as will any members you have also booked on to this tee time. Please check the details are correct!

4) How do I say that I am bringing guests?
When you make your booking, select the total number of participants. Click the button that says member and it will change to guest.

5) How do I search for a member?
When you are booking another member on your tee time, start typing their surname into the box and their name will come up as a suggestion. Alternatively type their membership number into the box.

6) I can’t find my playing partners name/my playing partner can’t find me
If a member is not visible to others on EliteLive they will need to “Opt-In”.
– Log into your account
– Click the menu button at the top left of the page
– Click the “View My Profile” button
– Under the list of available opt-ins the top box must be ticked
– Once ticked, press the green ‘UPDATE’ button at the bottom of the page

7) How do I book a buggy?
When making a booking, once you have selected the tee time you will be asked how many buggies you would like. If you already have a booking but would like to add a buggy, call us on 01780 460444.

8) How do I change my booking?
You cannot edit a booking on EliteLive. You can either cancel the booking and then make a new one with the correct details or call us on 01780 460444 to make the changes for you.

9) How do I cancel a booking?
– Once you have logged in, click the menu button at the top left of the page
– Click ‘View Booking History’
– There is the option to ‘Cancel Booking’ to the right of each booking (you might have to scroll)
Please note: You can cancel a booking up to 1 hour before the tee time, after that please call us on 01780 460444 to let us know.

10) My account says I’m a visitor
To convert your account into a member’s account please email katie.hinch@greethamvalley.co.uk to ask for your verification details.

11) When I try to make a booking, it says ‘no activities found’
If you currently receive this error message when trying to book online, it is because the system thinks you are a visitor and we are currently only allowing members to be able to book online. If you are a member, please email katie.hinch@greethamvalley.co.uk to convert your account into a member’s account.

12) I can’t remember my username
– Go to the EliteLive ‘Account Login’ page
– Click ‘Forgotten My Details’
– Click the ‘Lost Username’ tab
– Click the ‘I Cannot Find These Details’ button
– Enter your email address
– You will then receive an email which tells you the username to use (if there are multiple usernames, use the one with your name and Greetham Valley next to it) 

13) I can’t remember my password
– Go to the EliteLive ‘Account Login’ page
– Click ‘Forgotten My Details’
– Enter your username
– This will send you an email titled “Lost Usernames”
– Make a note of the random word (not the code!)
– Click the link in the email
– Fill in the random word from the email and create a new password
(Please note that you can only click the link once, you cannot go back or it will come up with an error)

14) How do I change my password?
– Once you have logged in, click the menu button at the top left of the page
– Click the ‘Change Password’ button

15) How do I change my email address?
– Once you have logged in, click the menu button at the top left of the page
– Click ‘View My Profile’
– Delete the old email address and type the new email address
– Scroll down and click the green ‘UPDATE’ button

16) I’m still stuck, what now?
